I'm the person who gets excited about perfectly timed timelines, beautifully layered tablescapes, meaningful guest experiences, and all of the little details most people never even notice. Because those little details? They're what make a wedding feel effortless.
For over 14 years, I've had the privilege of helping couples from across Canada, the U.S., and beyond plan unforgettable celebrations here in Niagara. Whether you're planning from five minutes away or five hours away, my goal is always the same: to make the process feel organized, exciting, and surprisingly stress-free.
From florals and stationery to venue management, logistics, timelines, and design, I've spent years immersed in every corner of the wedding industry.
What started as a love for beautiful details has grown into a career built around creating experiences that feel thoughtful, personal, and completely reflective of each couple. No two weddings should ever feel the same because no two couples are the same.
These days, you'll usually find me with a coffee in one hand, a timeline in the other, and about thirty browser tabs open researching the perfect restaurant recommendation or hidden gem for my destination couples.

With a primary focus on event management and day-of coordination, Sam ensures everything runs exactly as it should, from timelines to logistics and every detail in between. She keeps things on track while still allowing the day to feel easy and enjoyable, knowing when to step in and when to let you just enjoy the moment.
She also supports our design and floral execution and is our go-to for custom stationery and paper details, making sure every element feels cohesive and thoughtfully considered.
